During the last nine months Phase SI have noticed a significant increase in the number of archaeological quotes and surveys that we have been asked to provide. This hopefully indicates an upturn in the number of developments that are now going ahead, as well as being an indication of the quality and cost-effectiveness of the services that we provide. Much of our workload is repeat business but we have had a number of new clients in recent months.
Here at Phase we have specialist archaeologists and are able to carry out geophysical surveys and desk-based assessments. In the last six months we have carried out surveys ranging from small plots to sites in excess of 100 ha site and have utilised magnetic and GPR techniques. We have qualified and experienced archaeologists so we are able to offer informed and accurate interpretations to English Heritage and the Institute of Field Archaeologists guidelines.
